Almair Cyf is owned and run by Alan and Mair Gwynant, both of whom have first-hand experience of working at senior management level within a number of organisations across the public, private and third sector. Having been there themselves, they have a real practical understanding of many of the challenges and issues faced by individual organisations, particularly SMEs, charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisations and can directly relate to the needs and requirements of a management team.
We recognise the capacity issues and pressures that managers often face. With never enough hours in the day and endless conflicting priorities, there is often a need for an extra pair of hands to provide additional capacity and expert input. We can provide you with that “expert in your pocket” providing tailored and personal support to meet your individual needs.
